Each plan includes the products listed at checkout (e.g., coffee bags, cigars, or bundles). Product contents may vary monthly based on availability and seasonal selections. Payments are processed automatically on the same date each month via your chosen payment method. Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We will attempt to contact you in the event of failed payments to process subscription or may result in suspension or cancellation of your subscription. You may cancel or modify your subscription 10 business days before your next billing date. Cancellations made after billing will apply to the following month’s cycle.

Shipping Condition
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by you as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on the Site. We use a third-party shipping agent to ensure the delivery of your purchased products. Regardless of the effort we put in to meet all delivery deadlines, we do not warrant the delays may not happen because of postal/carrier delays, logistics, or bad weather. However, we will keep you updated as much as we can, and you should be able to track your parcel’s progress.
Product Integrity & Storage Conditions
Cigars and coffee beans are sensitive to temperature, humidity, and handling. Once these products leave our store, we cannot guarantee storage conditions. For this reason: Cigars, bundled items containing cigar and coffee, and coffee beans are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on consumable products.
